I have always wanted to own my new home Austin, but have rented for many years. I have been saving up to purchase a home one day. At first, I just wanted to buy a home that I liked. Then after looking around at what is available and the price these homes cost, I decided it may be best to just start looking for new homes. I love older homes, but the price of them is about the same as what new homes cost. With a new home, I can choose what I want. It is a home that doesn't have a history and I will be the first one to live in it. This is appealing to me and is exactly what I want. I am excited to finally purchase a home, but I am not quite ready to buy one just yet. I know my mind is made up about purchasing a new home though. I will continue to look around to see what is available and can't wait to actually start looking at them and buy one that I love. I am tired of paying to rent homes.
